I feel that my experience was second to none. Granted, I did a great deal of research before stepping foot in your dealership or any others. On my first visit I had the pleasure of being helped Granted, I did a great deal of research before stepping foot in your dealership or any others. On my first visit I had the pleasure of being helped by Kody T. along with interactions with Lance W. Both were very professional, friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. I never felt any pressure or rush to do anything. Kody T. followed up via e-mail with a few recommendations related to the specific interests I had shared. On my second and final visit eight days later, my wife accompanied me, and we made our purchase. The purchase process went very smoothly without any surprises and upon completion of the detailing of the car, I left feeling satisfied that the whole process went well for all of us. At my age I probably won't have an opportunity to repeat the experience, but you never know. More

Due to unexpected and unfortunate circumstances, I found myself needing to purchase a new vehicle in an expedited manner. Kody Traylor and Jason Bryant went above and beyond to help me obtain the vehicle I myself needing to purchase a new vehicle in an expedited manner. Kody Traylor and Jason Bryant went above and beyond to help me obtain the vehicle I needed at terms that I could agree with. This is my 3rd Subaru and the 5th in my immediate family, and I am confident I will love my new Ascent as much as we have loved the others.
