I really liked working with Curtis and Tuan who helped me with the trade-in. I initially liked Tim from Finance, but I realized that he used deceptive tactics to sell me an extended warranty. I got the impression that my loan was contingent upon getting the warranty and the warranty would bring down the interest rate.
