Another dealership quoted me a cost that I thought was too high. I sent a message to Subaru of Gwinnett and received a reply from Matthew Buckles. Everything was as Matthew said it would be. Matthew made sure nobody messed with the car. It literally only had four miles on it. I couldn't be happier. More

Best customer service ever (hands down!), lousy repair job. Very disappointed vehicle not repaired correctly the first time, was brought in at Subaru request per AC recall. After new AC installed it failed within 3 weeks because of a faulty O ring. There was no AC issue before it was brought in for the recall. Somebody probably forgot to install the O ring (my guess but not what I was told) Hats off to Subaru Customer Service, they really do a fantastic job helping customers with loaner cars, which at least lets us be productive instead of sitting in a waiting room for hours. You guys are awesome. I'd like to award 5 stars but I did have to come back because someone dropped the ball. More
