Very nice facility, courteous staff, quick check-in process. Service completed but apparently technician neglected to fully seat a wheel sensor which caused several warning lights to appear on dash whe process. Service completed but apparently technician neglected to fully seat a wheel sensor which caused several warning lights to appear on dash when car was returned to me. Had to return to dealership to report this and spent additional 30+ minutes waiting for tech to remedy situation. Techs should ensure all is functioning properly before handing car back to service rep, who should also check everything is working right before handing car back to customer. More

The $189 diagnosis fee just to analyze the car is absurdly high. The staff are engaging and actively listen while asking the correct questions. The car was returned to me washed but there was grease absurdly high. The staff are engaging and actively listen while asking the correct questions. The car was returned to me washed but there was grease on the driver side seat. The agent took care of it quickly. The services rendered were discussed with me before proceeding with the repairs.
