Oh boy what a story I have. I’ll try to keep it short. Called on Thursday afternoon after reading their disclaimer of dealer fees on the website (always do this so you aren’t su I’ll try to keep it short. Called on Thursday afternoon after reading their disclaimer of dealer fees on the website (always do this so you aren’t surprised when the numbers are presented) spoke to Kimberly who went over all the fees (dealer fee, e filing fee, etc). Not overly exorbitant so I book an appointment for the next day. Before ending the call I ask if we have covered every fee and there are no surprises. She assures me we covered everything and she has 15 years at this dealership so she would know. Friday comes, we show up and introduce ourselves to Kimberly who looks like a deer in the headlights. Off to the side are three little slick willy looking salesmen standing around like they are expecting some entertainment. Kimberly’s first words after the greeting are, and I quote , “I lied to you” and proceeds to tell me about an additional fee of $1,995. She said it was a new fee she forgot to mention despite having a lovely little laminated placemat explaining it in the middle of her desk. I asked if paying this fee is required to purchase a car here. The answer was yes. I don’t know if she lost a bet or is just duplicitous but I lasted 30 seconds in that dealership. Whatever the price is on their website make sure you tack on $3700 for the pleasure of doing business with them. Thanks Kimberly. My daughter bought her first car today. Not a Subaru, of course. More

What a great experience! Went to another dealer first... Never again. The other dealer hady vehicle over a week and couldn't fix it and quoted me $7k just to change a part to Went to another dealer first... Never again. The sales rep, Sabino Menendez, was outstanding as far as knowledge and patience with me. I never felt pressured to purchase the automobile. He spent an amazing amount of time with me in the car, showing me knowledge and patience with me. I never felt pressured to purchase the automobile. He spent an amazing amount of time with me in the car, showing me how all the instruments work as well as features of the car that I bought. The finance manager, Ben is excellent with numbers and worked his magic to get the monthly payment in the range that I could afford. The general manager Jin Lee was gracious and threw in a few extras that I had requested.. This dealership staff will have me as a long-term customer. Just FYI, my husband has a Subaru as well as two of my children from this dealership. More
