Mark was friendly and did an excellent, thorough job explaining the various Subaru models and their features to us. He made the sales process enjoyable and educational. Ovidio also thoroughly expl explaining the various Subaru models and their features to us. He made the sales process enjoyable and educational. Ovidio also thoroughly explained the financing and warranty options. Again, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and discussed the details of the various options. It also was useful in that he was the owner of the particular model I was purchasing. Also, some friends of ours had recommended this dealership to us due to their excellent experiences with both the sale and service departments. Both gentlemen, Mark and Ovidio, were excellent and made our purchase experience pleasant and satisfying. I've been looking for a used vehicle with a specific set of criteria for nearly a year. I had to expand my search well outside my home state to find what I was looking for, and when I did it was Kyle who worked with me to get a deal we were both happy with. He went above and beyond to help me take possession of the car when the deal was done, and the follow-up has been professional and courteous. From the first contact with Alice to the meticulous detail from Patrick in the finance department, it was a first class encounter.
