Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Walked in and was promptly assisted by Jerome. Kind and informative with no high pressure sales. Oviedo in financing was also pleasant and helpful. Very good experience. Oddly enough, I made a mistake reviewing my documents the day after purchase. I contacted the dealer to express my frustration with how the different offers were presented and I accused them of an unfair selling tactic. They responded quickly and pleasantly to my claim. After looking again, I realized that I was completely wrong and had made a mistake myself! Five stars to Subaru of Jacksonville for being overly professional even when I was making flat out wrong accusations. My apologies and thank you! More
