Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. After seeking out a specific model and finally finding “the one” - John worked with me over phone and text to help me get the deal done. He also made sure I got all the accessories I needed to make it pet friendly and took it to have the windows tinted before I picked it up. Knowing I was making a trek to pick it up, John made sure it was ready to go and made it really quick - definitely a positive experience overall and highly recommend them! More

What a pleasant experience! Who would have thought anyone could write that regarding the purchase of a car?! Kevin Hickle, a sales and leasing agent at Subaru of Jacksonville, c Who would have thought anyone could write that regarding the purchase of a car?! Kevin Hickle, a sales and leasing agent at Subaru of Jacksonville, called me after I had brought my 2019 Ascent in to be serviced. He introduced himself and asked if I would consider a trade in on my car. There was absolutely no pressure, and he told me just to think about it. Two weeks later I was driving my new Subaru. Kevin was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and totally trust worthy. He made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I am so impressed with him and the company. For a great car and a great person within the company, go to Subaru of Jax and ask for Kevin!!! More
