Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Nothing is perfect in life but I did expect a brand new 2023 car to be - at least initially, and it wasn't. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because the amount of help I did receive after I bought my new 2023 car to be - at least initially, and it wasn't. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because the amount of help I did receive after I bought my new car. Kim Schneid (sales) and Danny in service, were extremely helpful after I bought a brand new 2023 Legacy that came with some issues. Kim helped in time to get me all the requests I had taken care of and she worked with Danny to check on all the things I requested. I appreciated their service and assistance. I also recommend paying close close attention when the Finance Department is running the numbers for any incentives and loan payment rates. It’s your money and any mistakes hurt only you. As long as Kim and Danny permit communications to be this open throughout the tenure of my vehicle then 5 stars is well deserved for the help. More

Tried to purchase used vehicle. I am in a different state. Contacted John Voight via email. It seems this dealership is not interested in your business. EDIT - changed to 3 stars because they did reach out, apologized and try to work with me after review was posted. More

This is the best experience we’ve ever when it came to a salesperson, Kevin, as well as, Ovy, who helped us with the paperwork. Not at any time did we feel pressured or felt like we needed to spend more than what we were comfortable with. Kevin does a good job listening to your needs and then explaining a quick overview of the features of the car once you purchase. Everyone is pleasant there too. We feel we got more bang for the buck here too. My neighbor got a car from here a couple months back and she said she had the same experience! So this tells me this is how they operate every day with everyone who walks through the door. I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future. My son-in-law hopes to work with them in the near future as well. You will be happy you went with this team at this dealership. More

Went to Subaru of Jacksonville because I needed help with my new Outback Wilderness. The other Subaru dealer where I bought it was less than helpful. The help I received was amazing! They took the time to t my new Outback Wilderness. The other Subaru dealer where I bought it was less than helpful. The help I received was amazing! They took the time to teach me about my car and fixed the My Subaru account the other dealer messed up. We got ALL the gadgets, apps and widgets working. Bruce Holmes was a great teacher and troubleshooter with me and the car systems. I will ALWAYS go to Subaru of Jacksonville for everything I need. Thank you Subaru of Jacksonville and Bruce Holmes for helping me enjoy my car fully. More
