Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. This is my second purchase from Subaru of Jacksonville. I bought my first car here over a decade ago, and I'm happy to report it was just as easy this time to make a purchase. The process was quick and unc I bought my first car here over a decade ago, and I'm happy to report it was just as easy this time to make a purchase. The process was quick and uncomplicated. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Dave Bailey skipped his lunch break to help us out when we stopped by on short notice and he answered all of our (many) questions. They let us load our son's carseat in the car for a test drive, which was nice. Dave's also been on hand to help us after the sale too. Subaru of Jax definitely takes great care of their customers! What an experience! I have been looking for a vehicle for six months and decided to take my time to get the best experience and offer. I was looking on Carfax.com and found a 2016 Avalon. I spoke and dealt with Kevin Hickle for the sale. I also dealt with A. J. Miller in financing (he was amazing as well). This experience was amazing compared to the previous experience I had at other dealerships. I test drive, signed my paperwork, and left with my car the same day. The sale was very smooth and painless. I had car dealership anxiety from previous experiences, but felt really good about this purchase. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Sabaru of Jacksonville. More
