We were in the market for a midsize sedan and decided on a 2022 Subaru Legacy Limited. We shopped several dealers and after a lot of vetting we went with Subaru of Jacksonville. We were actually on a cruise a 2022 Subaru Legacy Limited. We shopped several dealers and after a lot of vetting we went with Subaru of Jacksonville. We were actually on a cruise ship when we closed the deal and our sales rep Mark Ogden handled everything seamlessly from getting the max on our trade sight unseen to getting to the final financed number to lock down the deal. We have been very impressed with Mark as he kept us in the loop to make sure when we drove from the port to take delivery after getting back from vacation there would be no issues and there were not it went very smoothly/efficiently as we live in north Florida and are right at 4 hrs from the dealership one way. He also took the time to make sure to show us all the features on the vehicle and made sure we were completely comfortable before making the drive back home. He called the next day to make sure we got home ok and didn't have any additional questions. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Mark the chance to earn your business and at least match or beat your best deal. We will give Mark every opportunity we can for any of our and also family/friends future auto needs so give him the chance you will not regret it!!! More
