Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Everyone was inviting and helpful. KP worked with me for hours to ensure I was satisfied with the car I was leaving with. Subaru of Jacksonville is the best dealership in town! ! I recently purchased a new Subaru Outback and dealt with Juan Hernandez/AJ Miller. Prior to dealing with Juan, I entered the dealership not knowing ! I recently purchased a new Subaru Outback and dealt with Juan Hernandez/AJ Miller. Prior to dealing with Juan, I entered the dealership not knowing what my first step would be in this process as I have never purchased a new vehicle. I was then greeted by Juan (he must of saw the puzzled look on my face, ha). I explained that I was new to Jacksonville, FL (as I just moved here from Pennsylvania) and that I was in the market for a new vehicle/I have a multiple questions. Juan sat me down, offered me a drink from the cooler and proceeded to answer all of my questions. Due to the specific vehicle and "extras" that I wanted on vehicle, we proceed to build. I was informed this would take about two months and Juan was right on point!! He contacted me promptly as soon as the vehicle arrived and i could not have been happier. If it wasn't for Juan, I would not have been pointed in the right direction for this great purchase. After looking over the vehicle and going over specifics, Juan introduced me to AJ Miller in the finance department. I cannot lie, I admittedly was nervous because of all the stories you hear about finances when purchasing a new vehicle but AJ eased any type of concern that I had. He as very patient when answering my questions and explained everything in detail. On top of that, he was extremely quick with the processing portion of this deal. I felt I was in his office for 15 minutes tops (give or take a couple minutes) and I was off to enjoy my new ride!! I'd like to thank Juan Hernandez and AJ Miller for your professionalism, customer service and patience. To me, you are known now as the Dynamic Duo and if I have any friends/family interested in a Subaru, I know where to send them!! Thank you Subaru of Jacksonville for having these types of worker at your dealership. More
