Amazing experience from start to finish. I never felt pressured or harassed. Mark was able to build me a picture of the outback without having one on the lot. Did you ever have a perfect experience at a car dealership? We did! My Husband, our granddaughter and I went to Subaru to check out their new cars because I had searched all sites on SUV's and th dealership? We did! My Husband, our granddaughter and I went to Subaru to check out their new cars because I had searched all sites on SUV's and they kept coming out on top of the ratings, especially on Safety features. In the past 15 years we have owned 7 Toyotas, one Ford Focus and a Lexus, and our granddaughter was already set up to purchase a VW Taos, but came with us because she wanted her Papa to go across the street with her to complete her deal with VW. Well...... we were greeted by a very nice young salesman, Mark Ogden..... and it was all a great, informative and comfortable experience from there! He had the cars brought to us and showed us every car color, every interior, every difference in design and option that we were interested in, without walking out all over the lot. In less time than we have EVER spent at a dealership buying new cars in the past, we ordered a Subaru Crosstrek and a Forester (2 of the 3) 2022's that were coming in Feb. Bye bye VW. The knowledge Mark had, his great disposition and non-pushy demeanor made this our BEST experience ever! More

We recently moved to Jacksonville from Oregon. We brought our 2018 Outback with us. Our first experience with Subaru of Jacksonville was with their Service Department. We fell in love with Subaru of Jacksonv our 2018 Outback with us. Our first experience with Subaru of Jacksonville was with their Service Department. We fell in love with Subaru of Jacksonville at that point. No appointment for an oil change was great. The service department and service associate were so helpful and friendly. Within the month we were in need of a car. Dean (husband) met with Jerry Johnson to do a test drive of a used car. That didn’t work out, but with Jerry’s help we found that the 2022 Ascent was the car our family needed. We worked with Nando and Jerry. Jerry took us out for a test drive and went over all the details our new Ascent had to offer us. We were sold on the Ascent. Ryan finalized the deal for us. We will be back. We want to thank the whole team for their friendly and professional sales and service. More

This is the second Subaru we bought this year. We were so impressed with the first one we decided to get another. The salesman, Ray, was very knowledgeable. We felt comfortable working with him.
