Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. We wanted to wait a few weeks to write this review to test out the product and give an honest review. Going into our car buying process, Subaru wasn't originally on our list, until one of our neighbo test out the product and give an honest review. Going into our car buying process, Subaru wasn't originally on our list, until one of our neighbors recommended that we give Subaru of Jacksonville a try. We were coming back from another test drive that singled out a car that we no longer wanted to buy, and decided to pop in to Subaru for a test drive and hopefully a better experience. We were lucky to connect with Kim, who listened to our car buying experience so far, recommended a Subaru Forester based on our needs, and took us out for a test drive. The test drive was wonderful, and we let Kim know we'd be back in touch. After evaluating the performance, pricing, and friendliness as well as longevity of the Subaru of Jacksonville team, the choice to come back and buy from them new was a no-brainer. The sales and financing process was nice and smooth, all associates we interacted with were kind and courteous, and we had a great overall experience. We'll definitely be referring friends over, especially to Kim (thank you for the follow-up card!). We're currently 1,300 miles into our first road trip in the car, two weeks after buying it! :) No issues and no regrets, the driver aids are amazing on the highway. More
