Great selection, price, & customer service After doing a lot of research online, I had settled on a very specific color, trim level, and options package, and I was able to find it among Subaru After doing a lot of research online, I had settled on a very specific color, trim level, and options package, and I was able to find it among Subaru of Jacksonville's huge selection of on-the-lot vehicles. Mike Cohran greeted me as soon as I walked into the dealership for a test drive, walked me through all of the various features and optional packages, and answered all my questions. He was exceptionally responsive, calling me with more information as it became available and answering questions via text late at night and early in the morning. After shopping around at a few different dealerships, Mike made good on his promise to not be knowingly undersold, beating the best price I could find elsewhere and even throwing in a windshield sun screen to sweeten the deal. After agreeing to a price over the phone, AJ Miller made the financing process (including trading in my old vehicle) incredibly easy, and I was in and out of the dealership in just a couple hours. After I got home, I realized a standard accessory was missing from the car. In a panic, I texted Mike at 9:30pm - he replied immediately to let me know it was probably stored in the trunk on top of the spare tire. He was spot-on, and I was a little embarrassed, but his readiness to help me out, even after the sale was made, was fantastic. I had a great experience at Subaru of Jacksonville, and would recommend it to any of my family and friends looking for a new car! More

Make sure you get the appropriate service coupon needed if told something isn't under warranty if you know you have the money to cover the cost along with the free car wash at the end. More
