We worked with Michael Cochran (Sales) and AJ Miller (Finance Manager) and both guys are someone you want to work with. Mike raises the bar for what a sales professional at a dealership can be. He did what he said he would do. We had a car ready to test upon arrival. He answered important questions and looked for the answers he could not immediately answer. (I had several technical questions about the Eyesight system and other gas-saving features). His whole tone was no-bull, clear and direct. AJ was equally clear and didn’t try to hard sell anything into the deal. He showed us options for some additional warranty coverage and other items but there was none of the weird hard-sell stuff with AJ, either. We knew our budget and the bells and whistles we could live without on the car and there was no hassle or hustle. Start to finish, chit-chat, test drive, cost breakdown, finance office—we were out the door in about two hours. I imagine every adult who has worked with auto dealers has had the experience of the “bait and switch” or the “someone else has the keys and is driving the car you like” garbage. We talked to friends with Subarus and did our homework on the web. We settled on driving a four hour round trip to Jacksonville to buy my mother a Subaru Crosstrek. The pricing, the inventory— this is the dealer to visit. Thank you guys! More

They were kind and patient. I did not know what I wanted and Jerry Johnson was so nice. He helped me take a look at the crosstreks and than let me explore on my own for awhile. I have heard horrible stories about the hassles of buying a new car, but my first experience here was nothing but fast and easy. I would recommend that they don't start shutting down and turning off the lights for the end of the day when a customer is still in there and the residue from the car information placard tape was still on the windows after detailing. Overall, I would be happy to come back in the future and see what else they have, and big thanks to Sabino for all the help! More

I wanted a white 2020 WRX and initially came in for a base model but their weren't any on the lot and Mr. Hernandez did everything to help me get into a White 2020 Premium WRX with the Brembos and Recaro seats. It was everything I wanted and more! I will be recommending all my friends looking for a new car to Mr. Hernandez. More
