This was the most stress free car buying experience that I ever had. Juan welcomed us like family, and was always honest and upfront in giving us the best price for our Ascent. We had to wait for a delivery as the color we wanted was not in stock and Juan kept us up to date until the car has arrived. At delivery, he made sure the car was ready and answered all our questions. He made sure we were happy driving it out the lot. It was definitely an awesome experience. Great customer service! I brought my 2002 Subaru WRX in for an oil change without an appt. Dan greeted me, I told him what I needed he said no problem. I said joking "And you I brought my 2002 Subaru WRX in for an oil change without an appt. Dan greeted me, I told him what I needed he said no problem. I said joking "And you can give it a bath" As I waited for my car they had cold drinks and snacks at no charge in the waiting area.
