We were treated so well, everyone was courteous and thoughtful and we look forward to a long relationship with Subaru of Jacksonville. I recently purchased a new Ascent and it was time for first service. Even though my vehicle was not purchased at this dealership we were treated like longtime customers . As a courtesy they did my first service free and I even got a car wash!! It was a good decision making Subaru of Jax our hometown dealership!! More

Living up to expectations. I had to take my car in for service and had all of my expectations exceeded. It's rare that a regular service can be performed in under an hour, but S I had to take my car in for service and had all of my expectations exceeded. It's rare that a regular service can be performed in under an hour, but Subaru of Jacksonville managed to do as advertised on their website and get me in and out in 30 minutes! More

He promptly brought a model up in to the shade and explained thee complete auto and all the features. We then took a test drive. I asked him the difference between a base model and the deluxe model. He pointed all of them out.I asked him about the discounts off the stickeer and he explained everything in detail.I have not bought a new car for myself since 1995 and 2003 for my daughter.The reputation this dealership has is certainly deserving. I would recommend them to anyone. No pressure no hassle. I would buy again in a heartbeat.Mike in finance also did a great job explaining extras and all the financing info.Again a great job... Great service under time crunch. I needed to replace my Subaru Forrester which I have had for 20 years (almost 300,000 mi). I knew that I wanted another Subaru, but time and circumst I needed to replace my Subaru Forrester which I have had for 20 years (almost 300,000 mi). I knew that I wanted another Subaru, but time and circumstances due to my wife's surgery, and distance from the dealership dictated that I handle the transaction by telephone and computer. Mark Minter was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assist me, and by the time I got to the dealership, he had my new Outback ready and documents ready to sign. My wife and I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, and how quickly he responded to our need. We are forever grateful. We had the pleasure of talking with Mark on several occasions when we had been to the dealership for maintenance on the Forrester, and we knew when we purchased another Subaru it would be from him.
