Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Excellent Service Department I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review - this time it is a MUST. I called the service department to see about having a blower motor repl I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review - this time it is a MUST. I called the service department to see about having a blower motor replaced and upon answering I was quickly greeted by Christian Parenio, who did an EXCELLENT job taking care of my issue. Not only was Christian courteous as well as polite but also went out of his way to get an even further reduced rate from my extended warranty company - which I feel was going way over and beyond what was requested of him and definitely made me a much happier customer!
