In fact, she traded her Legacy just two weeks ago for a Crosstrek. Naturally, her purchase and previous experience with this dealership gave me new car fever - even though my wonderful Forester was only 4 years old. So on a whim yesterday, we stopped in, mostly just to see what, if anything, made sense in terms of a trade. We made sure to say hello to Josh and then specifically requested Mark. Long story short, I drove home in a new Legacy. I appreciated Mark's friendly yet to-the-point approach and complete absence of pushiness.
