The service department is unmatched in knowledge and customer service. Unlike other dealerships in town I was never pressured to trade my car in for a Subaru. After experiencing many issues with my Terrain, during a service appointment with Steven, I started wondering the lot. I was helped by Bruce who had sold my mom her car. He was kind and knowledgeable. I came back the next day and was helped by Kim, as Bruce was out for the day. She was patient with me as I test drove different models and put them side by side so I could compare. She answered any question I had while never putting pressure to make a decision even after running the numbers. I came back the next day after sleeping on it ready to purchase. I have never felt more respected and cared about while purchasing a new car. There was no pressure, run around, or feeling I was being taken advantage of as a young single female doing the deal on my own. Each day I was there, although the dealership was extremely busy, all who helped to work the deal were attentive. Even Mr. Phil Porter stopped by to say hello and shake my hand. My Subaru Experience When I entered the dealership in Jacksonville, Jerry Johnson greeted me and offered coffee or water since I had a long trip. We test drove an Outback, even taking it on 295 so I could see how well it handled and we used the lane departure feature, cruise control feature and the eye sight technology. He spent a lot of time explaining each item and how it is used. I purchased the vehicle 2 days later. Once again he reviewed the use of all features in the car, had rain guards installed and hooked up my phone so it's hands free. I saw AJ Miller next for financing. He was very pleasant, answered all of my questions and made the experience as stress free as possible. My last 2 vehicle purchases were very stressful and I was nervous about going through a new vehicle purchase. This was not the case with Subaru of Jacksonville. More
