Made an appointment during the week, with a loaner car and brought the car back to be checked out. The tech called within an hour and explained what they found and their recommendation. It was expensive, but I love my Forrester and regular maintenance has kept it going for 16 years. The work was authorized. The service rep kept in contact with me on how it was going and when I could come back for a pickup. The service reps are always very knowledgeable, also look for coupons and are very non-threatening. They don't use scare tactics or push more products or services you don't need. I absolutely trust the service team at Subaru of Jacksonville. More
