Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. I felt like I was buying from a friend and I will send friends and family back. AJ made the hard part a breeze! Financing was transparent and easy to understand. On top of that the Service Dept is amazing! I met Max a few hours later returning with my family to pick up my wife's car. I had unknowingly picked up a nail between trips and destroyed the sidewall on a brand new tire. I explained our situation and Max took care of it all. Subaru of Jacksonville has some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. More

My husband is retired Navy and he wanted to work with a salesman who was a fellow veteran. Immediately, we were introduced to Jerry Johnson, who was like a breath of fresh air in the automotive retail industry. He knew every aspect of the care I was interested in and made sure I had a strong foundation of knowledge prior to leaving the dealership with my beautiful 2019 Ascent. He never pressured us at any point during the deal and immediately put us at ease throughout the entire process. This is by far the best car-buying experience I have had in my entire life and I highly recommend both Jerry and Subaru of Jacksonville for anyone interested in these quality vehicles. More

Not your typical car dealer experience I went in expecting an unpleasant process looking for a used car, and was very pleasantly surprised. Dave was really helpful finding the right thing, was attentive and did not try to oversell - although he is obviously a genuine Subaru enthusiast and therefore very effective at selling :) The most impressive thing was that since we bought a used car that had just been traded in and not been processed yet, we had to bring the car back to go through the certification process AFTER we had bought the car - and when we returned to pick it up, they had actually replaced all the tires with new tires - which we had not asked for and was not expecting. They obviously take the certification process seriously. I was, in a word, shocked...Would highly recommend... More
