We had test drove the same model at a different dealership. However, the sales rep at that dealership was not responsive. Steve was totally responsive and we successfully negotiated via phone. He even agreed to deliver the vehicle to my home! He was joined by sales associate Danny Kane Jr.. Both Steve and Danny took considerable time with us reviewing all the vehicle's features and offered to pair my mobile phone to the vehicle. They did all of this after arriving at 7pm and stayed over an hour to make sure we were comfortable with everything. AJ Miller in Finance stepped up and beat the price I had negotiated with another Subaru dealership. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Steve and Danny!. We recently had two items that needed repair under warranty. One was repaired while we waited along with a regular service. The second required ordering a part and keeping our car overnight. We were provided a loaner car and were called almost exactly at the predicted time that our car was completed. Jennifer was especially helpful and kept us informed about the repairs. Phil, Jr. was very helpful with the warranty. We will certainly considering buying our next Subaru from this dealer. Service makes all the difference! More
