Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Best dealership experience I've ever had I first contracted Subaru of jacksonville through Mike Minter. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, though it wasn't a Subaru, I first contracted Subaru of jacksonville through Mike Minter. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, though it wasn't a Subaru, he knew a lot about the car. After a few emails he was able to give me the best price I could find anywhere. We came to a set price over emails! I came in the next day and was greeted by another salesman, Ryan Munro. He had the car and paperwork out and ready in no time! Ryan was also very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles in stock as well as any other car brand I can think of off the top of my head. These guys sel good cars at a competitive price. They're the ones to go to. More

He was very knowlegable and understanding of what I was looking for. I told him exactly what I wanted to leave with and the extra items that I planned on adding. He said he'd try his best to make it happened and he did! I didn't feel like I was being pressured to purchase something I didn't want; or pressured to finance with any bank other than who my check was made through. The sales and financial process was smooth with no issues. They worked with me in a way that they did not have to and I appreciate and respect them for that. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go to Subaru. My experience was so great with them, that I will continue to come. Even while living in GA. I trust no one else with my vehicle.
