No hassle I first visited the dealership on Thursday (12/21) with intentions of checking out the Forester and Outback SUVs. I told him I didn’t have a lot of time on this visit, and he gladly assisted me by providing a thorough run down of the three SUVs in the lineup. I returned on Friday to test drive the Crosstrek and Outback, and settled on a Limited trim package of the Crosstrek. I shared with John that d be unable to complete the purchase that day as I wanted to offer my current vehicle to my son vs. trading it in. John was quite agreeable to my pacing and provided a written quote nevertheless. Today (12/23),I was back to complete the purchase and the entire process went very smoothly. The sales manager took the time to thank me for my business, and the financing process was capably handled by AJ, with a no pressure presention of warranty and protection plans. John did a very thorough job of covering the key features of the vehicle and I was on my way in my new Subaru Crosstrek. More

I drove up on a whim, thinking I'd have a look around, and maybe find a few cars that had some potential and then happily drive back home to Saint Augustine Beach. I pulled into the lot and had to drive around to find an open place to park. I saw a car that was behind me and it really caught my attention. I went inside to inquire about it and that's where I met Jerry. Laid back, a good neighbor next door kind of man, he was attentive without any of the "car salesman" pushiness. We went all over the car and drove it around and he never once seemed annoyed with my questions. I am not sure if he was as surprised as I was when I drove that car off the lot a couple of hours later, but I feel like I just scored the best car I've ever had and a new friend in Jacksonville.
