Frank was really great. He really listened to what I was looking for and did not try to sell me anything I wasn't looking for or that was out of my price range. He did well to bring the price down to what I looking for and did not try to sell me anything I wasn't looking for or that was out of my price range. He did well to bring the price down to what I could afford and I walked out with a car that afternoon. The process was also quite quick as the whole thing only took about 2 hours from test drive to driving away. Not bad in my book. I will definitely be seeing him again. More

I corresponded with Phil Porter, Jr. and he promptly responded to my internet inquiry. He arranged for a test drive and thoroughly addressed my questions regarding the vehicle. Noticing that I had purchased lug locks for the vehicle from the parts department, he offered and arranged for their installation. Since I was from out of town, he arranged to transport the vehicle to my residence and arranged for his return transportation for my convenience. This required 2 additional hours of his time as well as another driver from the dealership to whom I am most grateful. As if this wasn't enough, I noticed this morning that he had filled the vehicle with gas just prior to delivery to me at my residence! The service and customer focus is exceptional.
