My salesman was very knowledgeable of Subaru products and made every effort to sell me what I needed and wanted. The finance side of the transaction also was made with my needs and interests as paramount. All paper work was completed and available for my signatures when I arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase. The entire experience was enjoyable and professional. More

Great no pressure We talked to Bruce at the car show and he was so so helpful and explained that at their dealership they want us to drive away happy. He also helpws make sure we knew the current deals and made us comfortable to shop for a new car. Bruce was helping another customer when we popped in unannounced. He introduced us to Sabino. Sabino listened to what we wanted and delivered. We were not pressured into a higher trim model than what we wanted. We knew which 2 cars we wanted to test drive from the website and car show which was the base Legacy and Forester. We decided on the lower cost Legacy and the Forester was never brought up again. Anita was awesome finding us the best loan and explaining the different warranty options. Not once did we ever feel pressured just informed. She answered all questions with patience. We already have recomended the dealership to friends and family within a day of our visit. It really was a comfortable car buying experience. More

Quick, efficient and monitarily kept it to my likings Jack was wonderful, I showed up early because it's a Saturday and I wanted to test drive and get the ball rolling with my dream car. Jack came out to me before I entered the building, walked around and talked about each of my options and helped narrow down what I wanted! I was pre approved with my credit union and wanted to get the check before they closed. He helped me pick out the car that best fits my family and I's needs. Jack thoroughly explained everything in the car while we test drive it. We came back, discussed finances, they got it down to the number I was willing to work with and I was on my way to the bank by 11 am. It was a smooth, non pressured experience and I couldn't be happier to bring this home to my wife! I look forward to doing future business when it's time for my wife to get a new car!
