Great no pressure We talked to Bruce at the car show and he was so so helpful and explained that at their dealership they want us to drive away happy. He also helpws make sure we knew the current deals and made us comfortable to shop for a new car. Bruce was helping another customer when we popped in unannounced. He introduced us to Sabino. Sabino listened to what we wanted and delivered. We were not pressured into a higher trim model than what we wanted. We knew which 2 cars we wanted to test drive from the website and car show which was the base Legacy and Forester. We decided on the lower cost Legacy and the Forester was never brought up again. Anita was awesome finding us the best loan and explaining the different warranty options. Not once did we ever feel pressured just informed. She answered all questions with patience. We already have recomended the dealership to friends and family within a day of our visit. It really was a comfortable car buying experience. More

Quick, efficient and monitarily kept it to my likings Jack was wonderful, I showed up early because it's a Saturday and I wanted to test drive and get the ball rolling with my dream car. I was pre approved with my credit union and wanted to get the check before they closed. He helped me pick out the car that best fits my family and I's needs. Jack thoroughly explained everything in the car while we test drive it. We came back, discussed finances, they got it down to the number I was willing to work with and I was on my way to the bank by 11 am. It was a smooth, non pressured experience and I couldn't be happier to bring this home to my wife! I look forward to doing future business when it's time for my wife to get a new car! When I moved to Jacksonville, I took my car to Subaru of Jacksonville for servicing. My go-to mechanic, Dan, always took excellent care of my aging car. But after 15 years, I thought it might be time to trade it in for a 2017. Even though I kept going back to Subaru of Jacksonville several times "just to look," the salesman (Jerry Johnson) never pressured me. He patiently answered all my questions and when I test drove the Outback H6 Touring model, the decision was made. Jerry made my buying experience relatively stress-free. All of the employees at Subaru of Jacksonville -- from my salesman to the Service Dept. -- are friendly, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. As long as I own a Subaru, I will continue to go to Subaru of Jacksonville for all my auto needs. So enjoying my new car. It's so quiet and I like all the bells and whistles and, of course, the safety features. But that's what makes a Subaru a Subaru! More
