Still no title for our vehicle We purchased a used vehicle from Subaru of Kennesaw on 9/13/2014 with cash and our check cleared 9/16/2014. It is now 11/7/2014, (almost two months la We purchased a used vehicle from Subaru of Kennesaw on 9/13/2014 with cash and our check cleared 9/16/2014. It is now 11/7/2014, (almost two months later!) and we have not received the title to our vehicle and have thus been unable to register it. We have called the dealership multiple times with no success in obtaining our title, and no indication that any meaningful effort is being made to provide it. My wife had a baby in October, so we are now pursuing legal options and alternative methods of titling the vehicle in addition to caring for a newborn. Subaru of Kennesaw wasted no time depositing our check, but that is evidently where their service ends. It is clear to us that they do not take care of their customers once they’ve made the sale, so we will be purchasing vehicles elsewhere in the future. We did have a great sales experience with Chris Thompson so I gave a few extra stars for friendliness and price. UPDATE: Shortly after submitting the review above we were contacted by Subaru of Kennesaw and were informed that the dealer did not have a clear title to the vehicle and should not have sold it to us. We were offered either a refund for the vehicle or our choice of two other used cars both priced $600 below the car we originally bought on Subaru’s own website. The general manager (Louis) tried to convince my wife that this offer was an upgrade even though both vehicles were worth less than the vehicle we originally purchased by Subaru of Kennesaw’s own valuation. Such gimmicks are to be expected with car dealers but I was a little surprised that they would try something like this given the circumstances. Nevertheless, after rejecting this offer and asking for a refund we were told that the title had finally cleared. We were able to register the car on 11/21/2014. This was a frustrating ordeal but we were able to avoid a lawsuit and my wife will have a car to drive when she returns to work from maternity leave, so we’ve revised our overall rating from 'poor' to 'average'. More

Please with the ease of my "new" purchase A friend of mine had purchased a new Outback from this dealership a few months ago. He worked with Stephanie and was very please with how easy the entire process was to purchase said vehicle. I have been "looking' for a new car for almost two years. That is to say, I have needed to purchase one and hadn't really done anything to move the process along. I truly dreaded getting a new car but needed one to accommodate my growing family. Although my 1999 Ford Explorer still runs great (281,000 miles later) it can't accept car seats safely. Knowing that I really needed a new car, and that I hate car shopping, my friend scheduled me an appointment to meet with Stephanie. Unfortunately she was unable to meet with me so in her steed she had me meet with Joseph. He immediately called to introduce himself and confirm our meeting time. Even over the phone I could tell he was laid back and would be exactly what I needed in a salesman. I could not have been happier with Joseph's patience, easy going demeanor, and the way in which he treated us (my wife came along). Although I was unable to get a 2015 model we eventually test drove a 2011 with only 44k miles. I have been driving it for a few days and today I was able to take my son to breakfast in my own car (don't need the wife's Murano anymore). I love the car and can't wait to put another 200k plus on a vehicle. Thanks to everyone at Subaru, and especially Joseph for dealing with my OCD and silly idiosyncrasies. I highly recommend you visit them if you are interested in a new car or specifically a new Subaru. Rory More
