He was great at walking me through all of the specs, features, services and tiny specific details that I wouldn't have organically known. I also particularly appreciated his steady, calm approach. Took some of the stress out of an inherently stressful process. Really happy with the entire experience at Subaru of Kennesaw, honestly. Everyone knows a vehicle purchase can be tricky and/or convoluted, but I felt like the team there kept things as transparent and straightforward as one could hope for. Would definitely recommend. This was my first time buying a car, and I’m so glad I ended up at Subaru of Kennesaw. I worked with Nate, and he made the experience smooth, low-pressure, and surprisingly quick. I’ll be the first to admit I’m not super knowledgeable about cars, so I brought my boyfriend along to help with the negotiating. Nate was respectful, transparent, and easy to work with — and even with a few back-and-forths, he and my boyfriend were able to come to a fair deal pretty quickly. I left feeling confident and happy with the agreement, and more importantly, not overwhelmed. John was personable and professional and never pressured me to make a deal. He remained patient as I went thru the decision making process ... John was personable and professional and never pressured me to make a deal. He remained patient as I went thru the decision making process returning 3 times to test drive the car before deciding to purchase. If there is ever another Subaru in my future I would return to John. When I arrived at the dealership on a late Friday night (the dealership was closed) to take the car home there was an issue with the car that I felt should not be driven until it was checked out by the service department. I texted John with a picture of the issue to let him know what was going on and to ask if the service department was open on Saturday. He told me it would be open. I got a text from John early Saturday morning telling me he told the service department about my issue and that I would be in later and who to see when I arrived. When I arrived the service department put me at the front of the line and looked over the car immediately. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The service advisor, Willie Orengo, told me he did not expect this issue to reoccur, but if it did over the weekend, to just bring the car back on Monday (no appointment needed) and see him. He said they would immediately look at the car. Pleased with both the service from John and the service department at Subaru of Kennesaw. Read More Read Less

We have been a "Subaru family" since 1987 although we were currently driving another make. We stopped by Subaru of Kennesaw just to look at a possible replacement for that car and after meeting with Ral were currently driving another make. We stopped by Subaru of Kennesaw just to look at a possible replacement for that car and after meeting with Ralph Kurland within 24 hours we opted to trade in that car for a 2024 Cross Trek. We were beyond impressed with the professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and the low pressure that Ralph placed on us.
