The Costco Auto Buying Program sent me to Subaru of Kennesaw. I have been buying cars through Costco's program for over 25 years. Although the experience is usually a pleasant one, I have had an occasi Kennesaw. I have been buying cars through Costco's program for over 25 years. Although the experience is usually a pleasant one, I have had an occasional bump in the road. That is not the case with Subaru of Kennesaw. We were greeted upon arrival at the dealership by Richard King, who immediately asked us if we had a prior contact at the dealership. When we told him we were here to see Colin Blanken, he guided us inside where he introduced us to both Colin and the general manager Louis Kaissieh. After showing them my printout confirmation from Costco and my Costco Membership card, I was presented with the Costco pricing sheet. We then picked out an Outback Limited from their inventory to view/test. This vehicle was LOADED with features. Since it was a Limited, it had Package 34, but also had all-weather liners, a rear bumper cover, and more. The process of purchasing the vehicle was super quick. Amazingly, the whole process lasted only a couple of hours. I didn't have to do any haggling to get a fair price (thanks Costco) and in fact, it was the best price I have been offered by any dealership in weeks. Honestly, I would say that this is the best deal I have had since Costco provided below invoice pricing in the early 2000’s. That had nothing to do with Costco and was all the willingness of Subaru of Kennesaw to make a fair deal and an enjoyable experience for their customers. They even beat my Credit Union's financing! So, if you are thinking about buying from another Subaru dealership, DON'T without visiting Subaru of Kennesaw. The people here care about their customers. I guess that's why Subaru of Kennesaw can say they're Georgia's #1 volume dealer. More

I first met Travis in February at Subaru of Kennesaw and he continued to help me find my perfect Forester in May. Although I spent a few months looking before purchasing, I chose to return to Subaru of Kenn he continued to help me find my perfect Forester in May. Although I spent a few months looking before purchasing, I chose to return to Subaru of Kennesaw because of Travis and the great customer service. My husband and I visited other used car dealers after our initial meeting with Travis and were shocked to encounter the stereotypical sleazy tactics that I hoped were of the past. We decided right then that we would wait to find the right car at Subaru of Kennesaw with Travis. Thank you Travis and team for getting me in my dream car! I highly recommend them. More

I had been in touch with John through email and he was giving me prices on different cars. He priced me on an Ascent and I was very happy with the price. I told him immediately I was interested and then called him to verify the price and make sure it was there before I drove 50 minutes. Once I got there I met with him and test drove the car. Fell in love with the car. John then printed out the total price and he had made a mistake with the price. Not just once but TWICE. I was very disappointed because the main reason I drove out there was for the price of the car. I asked to speak to a manager who was rude about it and wouldn’t meet me at the price that was quoted to me over email and over the phone. *I understand mistakes happen but I called to reassure and double check the price before I headed that way. At the end of the day, I did get the car and am very happy with the car I got. But I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the staff and how they handled the situation. More
