We share your relief that you and your family made it safely to the local Subaru dealership and were able to continue on your vacation. Vehicle breakdowns always seem to happen at the worst times. Industry practice is that before Subaru will agree to any assistance in repairs, the customer has to authorize full diagnosis to determine the root cause of failure. We feel it is unfortunate that even after you declined diagnosis, and Subaru still offered you trade in assistance, that the resolution was not to your satisfaction. We at Subaru of Kennesaw hope that you find happiness behind the wheel of your new car whether it is a Subaru or from another manufacturer.
