We decided last minute to swing into the dealership and look at the car we saw online. John was busy with another customer and thats when we meet Shelly. At first I was not sure,I like dealing with the same person I started with but she put us at easy. Shelly was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experince fast, fun and easy. Once we got done with Shelly he had to go to the dreaded finance guy. Thats usually were the pressure come with all the extras. We meet Carlos and he was great also. Very knowledgeable and expalined everything. Did not force anything on you. During the whole process John the orginal person we talked to online came and checked on us. No one likes going to the car dealerships because of the pressure they put on you and games they play etc. BUT they did not do that here. We enjoyed the experience and got a great car at a great price with great service. We will defintly be buy our next car at Subaru of Kennesaw. Go see Shelly and see for yourself. Cares about their customers We took our 2016 Outback in because of a noise in the front tires. After inspection they determined it was a wheel bearing and replaced it. They too We took our 2016 Outback in because of a noise in the front tires. After inspection they determined it was a wheel bearing and replaced it. They took it for a test drive and then discovered the right rear also had a bearing needing replaced. They have always made sure the vehicle was inspected even if it was just a routine maintenance. Have dealt with Lucy several times now and find she really cares about the customer. All work was under warranty so we can't comment on if they have a good price or not. More

We were lucky to be right by the Kennesaw dealership when the car started smoking. Our fear was a hugely expensive problem. They took amazingly great care of us. Since the problem happened when our car had such low mileage, they took care of it for us! Lucy and Subaru have earned our business for life. They sell a great product and more importantly back their cars 100%. Thanks again Lucy! More
Went in for oil change and to buy an extra key, Went in for oil change and to get an addl key from parts dept. Gave me est of $244 plus tax and Addl $80 to cut key but they could not do it there? I Went in for oil change and to get an addl key from parts dept. Gave me est of $244 plus tax and Addl $80 to cut key but they could not do it there? I was told that if I wanted the key, to tell my service person who was changing oil and they would add to service ticket. After being in waiting room for 45 minutes, I located same blank key online for $90, and Subaru in Sandy Springs could cut key and program for $80. When my car was ready, service rep added key to my ticket and I told him it was too expensive and I did not want. He told me that service dept already purchased it from parts dept and that he couldn't give me my car back until I paid for new key! I told him to call the police and an ambulance and there is no way I would ever buy that key. He ran to service manager who returned and said he would remove the charge! Worst customer service and slow as molasses. More
