I had a not-great experience with another dealership while looking at a Subaru, but that experience did allow me to learn exactly what it was I wanted in my next car. So when I began working with Stephanie Frazier, Internet Sales, on purchasing the right car with the right features for me, I wasn't expecting a lot. Well, it couldn't have been easier! From emails discussing my needs, price range and preferences, Stephanie was able to find the right car for me, guide me through the reserve process, discuss pricing, payment methods and details before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. By the time my car was delivered to the dealership, we had a basic agreement and it took no time at all in the dealership to walk through the car details with her and then the finance details with Steve. I was in and out within a couple of hours (longest part was waiting for my trade-in to be evaluated on that busy day!). It was a pleasure working with Stephanie and Steve. I highly recommend a Subaru Crosstrek (love it!) and Subaru of Kennesaw. More

I had a written deal from a different dealership in Birmingham, and I wanted to see if anyone could (would) beat it, so I sent the deal around to other dealerships in the Southeast. Subaru of Kennesaw was the first to get back with me, and they thoroughly evaluated everything in the deal, including my trade, all from a distance! They ended up beating the deal by $200 and gave me a better financing rate to boot. There was no hassling, no games of "let me go talk to my manager", I knew what I wanted and they delivered. John Settineri was experienced, knowledgable, treated us as equals, and even offered me a Rice Krispy treat when my blood sugar got low. Steve Abad in finance was prepared and organized, and we left the whole experience feeling good both about our car and our deal. I'm loving my new Outback, and would make the trip again back to this dealership. Highly recommend! More

As long time Subaru buyers (we are on our 8th Subaru over more than 20 years), when we moved down here we stumbled into Subaru of Kennesaw by sheer luck and luck it was. In the last two years we have purchased three vehicles from the dealership and have met with nothing but pleasant and friendly relationships even when negotiating a price. Our primary dealings have been with Ralph Kurland who has been a knowledgeable and easy to work with salesman but we have also dealt with with Service Manager Todd Estes and his assistant Liberty Proulx who have come through in going above and beyond in resolving a few issues. Johnny Poole has shown real interest in making sure his customers are satisfied. Overall, the place is great and I would strongly recommend it without reservation. More

A group that does shady business & group of liars Since I purchased my Impreza, in Mobile, Al, I’ve had intermittent issues with my radio, I have pictures & videos of the problems my radio was giving Since I purchased my Impreza, in Mobile, Al, I’ve had intermittent issues with my radio, I have pictures & videos of the problems my radio was giving me. The weekend before I moved to Kennesaw, Ga, I was to finally have my radio replaced. However, the radio sent to the dealer in Mobile was cracked. So I had my service advisor, Natalie contact Kennesaw Subaru to transfer my claim. 2+months went by without hearing from the service dept. I left several messages for the service manager, without a call back. When I finally got to talk to someone, it was the Service Receptionist. She is the ONLY helpful person in that dept. By this time (dec 2018) a new radio update was released. So the required that I had the update done before proceeding with replacing my unit. So to humor the service manager, we did the update. Roughly 4 weeks later, I was calling with issues with my radio, AGAIN. They said I had a radio recall, so I scheduled an appt to have the recall performed. The recall ended up being for the update that was performed in December. And my radio had the most up to date information. So nothing was done. Wayne, finally told me they would contact Subaru to obtain authorization to replace the radio (feb 2019). About 10+/- days later, Wayne called me & said that my new unit was in (this was a Monday). I scheduled to bring my car back in on Thursday. I arrived in the drive, I was approached by one of the advisors, I told him I have an appt with Wayne to have my radio replaced. It’s for an open RO. The advisor said “ok, the good thing is you have an appt” then walked away. I proceeded to get my 3yr old potty training daughter out of the car, because she had to go potty. For 2hrs my car remained in the service drive. It was not until I questioned why my car was not being taken care of did anything happen. When Luis got involved, he was told by Wayne that I did not have an appt & that I did not tell anyone I was there. Which is completely a lie. After 30min, my car was returned to me, with “the radio replaced” or so I was told. It’s now 2 weeks later and I am still having issues with my radio. Again, video & pictures have been taken. I called to speak to the service receptionist, again. I asked her to email me a copy of the Repair Order, because they didn’t give it to me before I left. Upon reviewing my repair order, it shows that my radio was never replaced. I know this because there is no part number listed on my RO, verifying there was a radio. To this day, I have NEVER talked or been face to face with the service manager of this dealership. He has however been a consistent run-away when it came to me & my Impreza. I will NEVER willingly return to this dealership. I have contacted Subaru & filed a complaint & claim. My husband who was the Director of the Mobile Subaru store, before our move, will be contacting the Regional Service Director of SOA to further resolve this issue. More

I had to call in 3 times to get some one knowledgeable who didn't have to go "speak to a sales manager" I know when they need to go inquire with a manager most of the time its a game, its either that or SOA has all Salesmen on a tight leash. This is the 6th dealer in North Georgia who had been playing games wtih me. So t he lowest number on the same vehicle trim and color was $2100 higher than everyone else and they would not move on pricing. Pricing is their choice. I don't have to buy a vehicle from them with their higher price compared to everyone else. Plus the added bonus of crappy management and game playing. I wish we could cut dealers out and buy direct from the factory. More

He was professional (but human) from the initial conversation all the way through watching us drive off the lot with our new Outlook. He took his time finding out what we were looking for and found the perfect vehicle for us. He was thorough and walked us through all of the features; he answered all of our questions and didn't try to 'upsell' - and we found out it was his day off, but he still treated us like we were the most important people he could see that day! He patiently waited as we met with the Finance Manager who very expertly navigated the loan application, document signing, and final agreement (loved the technology involved in this process!) We are so very happy with "Suzie Subaru" and are enjoying all of her bells and whistles - she drives and handles like a dream. We are also so very happy with our experience with Subaru of Kennesaw - buying a car can be a daunting experience, but we are very pleased with our choice! More
