Heard the commercials on the radio, gave me hope that they can help me get out of my current loan. Months later, figured try it again because again commercials gave me hope. This time spent time on the phone with a sales representative. Told him, not wanting to waste my time driving over an hour to get there and walk away with nothing. Said he will call back in a couple hours...... That was a few months ago. Very disappointing. Here I am ready to upgrade and no one will follow up. Sad that I will have to take my business to a company that doesn’t deserve it but at least they follow up. More
