2020 Vision w/ a Kia Sportage I had been communicating with a sales representative for a few months on and off before I decided to schedule an appointment. But she passed my information on to her sales partner. He called to give me the news that she was out sick and that he would be helping me instead. I was a little bummed out because I didn’t “know” him. But I kept my appointment. I’m happy I did. David was really patient and he helped me explore the different avenues that I showed interest in. He kept the vibe fun and light hearted and he did what he could to help me stay near the price range I was looking for. The team at Summit Place was great and it made for a positive experience. When one person wasn’t available another one was. The true definition of team work! A big thank you to Erica for setting the foundation, David for building and putting everything together and Mr. Burgess for being available to answer questions after everything was said and done. I was so satisfied with my experience at Summit Place Kia, Specifically with Costa, that I decided to buy two cars! Honestly, I wont be able to go anywhere else. Costa was professional and attentive, even when he had other customers he took the time to acknowledge each customer, while not forgetting about the deal he had in front of him. Bottom line:...... the guy knew the product, paid attention to his customers ,maintained professional demeanor and, most importantly, was down to earth, I almost forgot I was buying a car.
