I HATE car buying. I expect to be worked. I did not feel that way at all. Iggy greeted me and my son and helped us with finding a car. We found a perfect car. The deal I expect to be worked. We jumped it and got it to Todd who checked and fixed the problem with zero problem. I got follow up calls from both Iggy and Oz. I have never felt more supported and cared for in a car deal. A mom from our school suggested your dealership. She works for a competitor, but still recommend you. Best experience. More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jill at Suntrup Automotive, and I can’t say enough good things about her. While trading in my vehicle, I became very confused about a step in the process and Suntrup Automotive, and I can’t say enough good things about her. Adam, another fantastic team member, suggested I speak with Jill, and I’m so glad he did. From the moment I walked into her office, I could see Jill was busy, but she made time for me without hesitation. I was nervous and frustrated (not because of anything the dealership had done but because I need things explained very literally to fully understand them). To my surprise, I only had to exchange a few words with Jill before she immediately understood what I was trying to ask—even though I hadn’t fully found the words myself. She gave me the clear, simple answer I needed, and I left her office feeling reassured. The next day, Jill finalized everything quickly and efficiently. She went above and beyond to address important details like registration and ensuring my mail would reach me, even though I’m currently in between homes. She was thorough, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. My experience at Suntrup Automotive was excellent, and Jill played a huge role in making it that way.
