Tenvoorde sold me a vehicle that broke down a week later. After talking to their service department I was told the part that broke was "luck of the draw" when it comes to passing inspection. While mechanics I spoke with outside the dealership said the opposite. I also heard from someone who used to work in their service department who confirmed that the tenvoorde service department does not do their jobs fully and definitely puts vehicles on the lot to sell that definitely should not be there. I didn't have my vehicle for 40 days after only having it for a week. I'm no longer comfortable driving it as I'm worried something else might break at any moment. More

The personnel at the dealership was very friendly, willing to help you as long as you were there. But if you have problems, some of the personnel will avoid you.
