Dealership ok but ford failed to get my navigation to work ford offed to replace the module at over 1000 dollars but still will not fix or activate navigation. The service advisors, (Barry, Russ & Mike) at Tenvoorde Ford provide outstanding service to their customers. They go out of their way to ensure our fleet is maintained and repaired in a timely manner. Thes Ford provide outstanding service to their customers. These advisors keep us updated on our vehicles if delays will be expected on repairs and anything else that might come up.
