I was hoping to have a good experience with this dealership and it did not turn out that way. I had asked for 2 key fobs for my truck at least 3 times with my salesman during before I bought the tru dealership and it did not turn out that way. I had asked for 2 key fobs for my truck at least 3 times with my salesman during before I bought the truck. I was told they may show up on his desk I kept asking and kept getting excuses. When I picked up the truck I asked for the 2nd fob and again was told it may show up on his desk. I was never told it was not going to be included. I stopped in a week after I took the vehicle and asked again if it showed ip and when I might expect to see it. Again told it wasn’t there. I said I would stip by again to check on it. Last week I stopped in to get my plates and again asked about the fob. Again I was said they had not showed up. I expresses my disappointment that he had not tracked it down or got me one and told him that if I would have known this was going to be the case I would have made sure it was in the contract before I made the deal. I told him I will not come back to this dealership for another vehicle. He then turned and walked away. Poor customer service. It was all about selling the car and not listening to what I as the buyer wanted. As I said to start this, I had hoped for a good experience as I had heard good things but I did not More
