Here at The BMW Store we’ve done a lot in over 4 decades and are very proud of our past and looking forward to an incredible future. Our customers have taken us a long way but here’s a little bit about how it all started!
It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. I had an outstanding experience purchasing my BMW X3 from The BMW Store, and I want to specifically recognize three people who made the entire process exceptional: George (Used Car Sales Manager), Paul (my s The BMW Store, and I want to specifically recognize three people who made the entire process exceptional: George (Used Car Sales Manager), Paul (my salesperson), and Jeremy in the service department. From the very beginning, Paul made the buying process easy, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient with my questions, and never made me feel pressured. He made sure everything was clearly explained and took the time to ensure the car was exactly what I was looking for. George, the Used Car Sales Manager, truly went above and beyond. He personally made sure the car was in outstanding condition before delivery. If anything needed attention, he handled it immediately and ensured it was corrected the right way. It was clear that his priority was making sure the vehicle was perfect, not just “good enough.” That level of care and accountability says a lot about the leadership and culture at The BMW Store. I also want to recognize Jeremy in the service department, who made sure the service work was handled smoothly and professionally. Everything that needed to be addressed was taken care of, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. It’s reassuring knowing the service department stands behind the vehicles they sell. The entire experience felt professional, honest, and customer-focused from start to finish. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but this team made it smooth and even fun. Because of the way George, Paul, and Jeremy treated me, I will absolutely be buying my future BMWs from The BMW Store, and I will confidently recommend them to friends, family, and colleagues. Every interaction with this dealer was professional and friendly. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and did not attempt to hard sell it. The product speaks for itself but everyone was ready to answer my many questions. Amy Ludlam was the best sales person I have dealt with while buying a car. She was very friendly and did everything she could to answer my questions in all the available options. This is my first experience with the BMW store and I would highly recommend it! I have dealt with many different dealers in the past (Lincoln, Porsche, Mercedes Benz) and nothing compares with The BMW store and Amy. When looking at options for my BMW X7, I started at BMW North in Cincinnati but they didn’t have the colors I wanted. Sales there was more typical to what was used to. I would say a 7 out of 10 rating. They even tried to force the dealer paint and interior protection on me by saying they do this in all vehicles regardless if I order a car or buy one from their lot. This was very odd putting to me so I tried my luck at The BMW Store. I am glad I did because the sales experience here was a 10 out of 10! They offered the dealer protection but did not push it or say it was mandatory. When I go back to buy my nest BMW I will seek out Amy and her team! More

Paul was extremely easy to work with, he had the car I was interested in out and ready to test drive as soon as we got there.
