This was our first BMW purchase and it was truly a great experience. Amy Ludlum was great in answering all our questions and helping configure our vehicle. We have been associated with The BMW store now for three years. I cannot find a reason when I was disappointed with their service. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with their service years. I cannot find a reason when I was disappointed with their service. He checks with us from time to time to make sure we are happy with the vehicle and if we have any questions for him. I would definitely recommend their dealership to buy a BMW. More
