I bought a bottom-line truck here, as we were just looking for something to haul with. We lived further away and the check engine light came on after purchasing it. Pros: Friendly and knowledgable staff. Good attention to our needs in purchasing a truck. Repairs to engine and body work were acknowledged and taken care of before delivery. Cons: I wish there was less cost creep - we thought we knew our monthly payment and had decided, but THEN the discussion about the extras happened. Regarding staff - no one wore masks at any point and we spent multiple hours in the office. Also, it’s a big strange to email back and forth with someone and arrive at the dealership to find you aren’t meeting that person. I understand the concept of web only staff to get customers in the door, but it wouldn’t hurt to know you were being passed to another sales member before you arrive. Overall: I would do my research on more types/models/makes of trucks and pricing before returning (since we were two hours away) but I would return for the wide selection. More

The vehicle was never detailed like Alex said it would. There are dirty finger prints on the passenger side inside roof.
