Yesterday my husband and I visited Tim's Truck Capital to look at a truck that had just arrived. Alex was our contact. We were very pleased with the truck. We decided to make the purchase. Alex had the truck checked over by his tech. Informed us of parts that needed to be replaced. Made the arrangements to have them replaced ASAP. Alex also offered to deliver the truck to us upon completion so we would not have to reschedule time to come back to pick up! Car/truck shopping can be stressful, we certainly appreciate the no pressure pleasant experience Alex provided us. Mechanical I am on my 2nd new alternator in 3 months. I have only owned the truck 6 months. This time when I got the truck home I went to use my remote start and I am on my 2nd new alternator in 3 months. I have only owned the truck 6 months. This time when I got the truck home I went to use my remote start and it is not working now when it worked fine before the alternator work. Maybe they disconnect it during installation of new alternator. The girls at the service desk are great just not happy with the quality of the service from the mechanical side paying attention and quality control check before turning vehicle back to customer. More
