I came in interested in a particular vehicle which happened to be unavailable by time I made it in. John was able to find me a few comparable alternatives that met my needs. I never felt pressured on any aspect of the purchase from the vehicle to optional protection packages, and when declining some of their options they heard my answer and did not try to push me into purchasing something I was not interested in. Additionally, they price matched my trade in from a previous offer. I do not find purchasing a vehicle to be a particularly enjoyable event due to the stress of spending a substantial amount of money and wondering if you’re getting a fair deal or not. As stated earlier John made the whole experience as relaxed as it can be and I never felt pressured to make a decision out of emotion. I would gladly give Tom Gill Chev future business. More
