I bought a brand new 1500 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss LT from Tom Gill about a month ago. 1900 miles in and have transmission problems.. I call the dealership on a Monday to tell them the issue and that LT from Tom Gill about a month ago. 1900 miles in and have transmission problems.. I call the dealership on a Monday to tell them the issue and that I need a loaner vehicle. Because the contract I signed, said I get a free loaner if anything were to happen to my new truck. I’m told they don’t have anything available until Thursday, well I work for a living and only off Monday’s. The problem is now, it’s not Thursday. Feel like this went against the contract I signed for the most part, not impressed with Tom Gill and will NOT recommend them to anyone! More
