The appointment was easy to make (online) - the folks were ready for me upon arrival. The car was serviced (oil, filter, tire rotation, brake inspection, taillight replacement and fuel induction cleanin were ready for me upon arrival. I have been going to Pappas since 2018. I was there for service and asked if I could get my car washed. They said they don’t do that anymore. While I was waiting for my car I called the Bom I was there for service and asked if I could get my car washed. They said they don’t do that anymore. While I was waiting for my car I called the Bommarito dealership just down the road. I asked if they washed the cars they serviced. They said they did and much to my amazement they told me to come by and they would wash it for me!!! I went there and they washed my Rave. I have to give a big shout out to Bommarito in St. Peter’s ! They know the meaning of customer appreciation. Any dealership can say they appreciate you but actions speak louder than words. More
