Purchased a new Tacoma from Pappas in late January 2021. It was extremely difficult to get information from them in a timely manner. I finally got details of the modifications days after requesting them. Sa It was extremely difficult to get information from them in a timely manner. I finally got details of the modifications days after requesting them. Salesman Tim Scanlan has stopped communication now that the sale is complete. I thought Dee was my salesperson because she was the only one providing the information I was requesting. Overall not a good experience compared to other Toyota dealers I have dealt with in the past.
