He is friendly, courteous, professional, he never pressured us a bit, and definitely took care of our needs as we were shopping for a new Sienna. During this Covid-19 pandemic, Alexander worked everything out over the phone with us and delivered our new minivan right to our doorstep so that we never had to leave the house. What a great sales experience we had with Alexander!! Also, Brett Bales was great on the finance side and kept our wonderful experience with Pappas smooth and enjoyable.
