Dealership is very slow taking over an hour and a half to change oil and rotate tires. Before departing the dealership I asked the service advisor if the all the tires were properly inflated to which I was t change oil and rotate tires. Before departing the dealership I asked the service advisor if the all the tires were properly inflated to which I was told everything was topped off. The next day I received a tire pressure warning light and upon checking, all four tires were below 30psi. I have no faith that this service department does their job and I will not be returning after utilizing this dealership for seven years. More

The salesperson was friendly and answered all questions. I can’t really say anything about the dealership as I had very little contact with anyone other than the salesperson. I will say I went to every Toyota dealership in Columbus and several outside of Columbus. Toyota Direct had the best stock of cars available. I would have purchased from Tansky on Sawmill Road, however, the car I wanted would not be available until early November. I love the car I purchased! More
