I had an appointment at 10:30 am for an oil change. After 30 minutes I went out and saw my jeep on the lift. 30 more minutes went by i staciawent out to check on my jeep and it wasn’t on the lift and n After 30 minutes I went out and saw my jeep on the lift. 30 more minutes went by i staciawent out to check on my jeep and it wasn’t on the lift and no one could update me 20 minutes went by and my jeep was back on the lift and looked like it was wet thought they may have washed it .They did not. Why was it wet? 10 minutes later jeep still on the lift, finally found someone to help and a couple minutes later it was done. I drove 100 miles for this appointment. On the way home about 25 minutes out I started smelling anti -freeze. Low and behold I had to take it to the jeep dealership to have a new radiator put in. I I’m thinking someone damaged my radiator while changing the oil and that’s what took so long and why it was wet. Not a happy customer to say the least! More

Asked for a tire rotation and to fill the tires with my oil change. They didn't rotate the tires or fill the air as the back driver side tire was showing low pressure when we brought it in.
